After receiving the recordings of Lachy Dooley's performance, I decided it was too good to be buried under strings, so I decided I would do an alternate version of BLUETHOVEN, in more of a Stevie Ray Vaughan kinda vibe. The track was slowed, and Joel recorded another round of drums. Alex King originally played bass on the track, but due to problems with the recording, I re-recorded the bass. The intro bass slide was kept from Alex's take.
